Key responsibilities

• Staff supervision and management:
• Oversee and mentor nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to professional standards and hospital policies.
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and monitor performance.
• Address staff concerns and create a positive work environment.
• Patient care:
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by supervising and coordinating with other healthcare professionals like doctors.
• Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.
• Oversee patient safety, comfort, and hygiene.
• Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and provide guidance.
• Administrative and operational tasks:
• Manage the unit's daily operations, including supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure their confidentiality.
• Handle inventory, check supplies, and manage stock registers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and standards like NABH.
• Problem-solving and emergency response:
• Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any patient or staff complaints promptly.
• Make administrative decisions to resolve problems as they arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
