ICU Incharge

An ICU In-Charge oversees daily ICU operations, including managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care with doctors, ensuring adherence to protocols and policies, maintaining equipment, and responding to emergencies to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients. Key duties include patient assessment, staff supervision and training, resource management, infection control, accurate record-keeping, and facilitating shift handovers for continuity of care.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
