ICU Nurse

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our critical care team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients and supporting doctors in intensive care procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous monitoring and care for critically ill ICU patients
• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusion pumps, and life-support equipment
• Administer medications and IV infusions as per doctor’s orders
• Assist doctors during ICU procedures and emergencies
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and ICU protocols
• Communicate patient condition updates to doctors and patient relatives
• Coordinate effectively with doctors and ICU support staff

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience is mandatory
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of ICU protocols and critical care procedures
• Experience handling ventilators and emergency equipment
• Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
