ICU Nurse

• Patient Monitoring & Assessment: Closely watch vital signs, neurological status, and subtle changes in condition.
• Treatment Administration: Administer medications, blood products, and complex IV infusions as ordered.
• Equipment Management: Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other advanced life support devices.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records of patient care, treatments, and progress.
• Emergency Response: Act quickly to medical emergencies, initiate life-saving measures, and alert physicians.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other specialists.
