ICU Nurse- Nauru Deployment

Country Location: Republic of Nauru
Position: Full-Time ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nurse

We are seeking a qualified ICU Nurse to provide critical care services in a small island hospital. Your skills will directly impact patient survival and recovery in one of the world’s most unique and underserved healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU
• Operate ventilators, infusion pumps, and other life-support equipment
• Administer IV medications and manage complex care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies with speed and precision
• Collaborate with ICU physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain strict infection control and detailed documentation

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Cultural sensitivity and team-oriented mindset

Contract & Benefits:
