ICU Nursing Incharge (Male)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU In-Charge to lead our critical care nursing team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide ICU nursing staff in daily operations
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Manage ICU inventory, staffing schedules, and documentation
• Provide training and support to nursing staff to maintain high care standards
• Monitor patient care delivery and ensure safety and quality compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc / M.Sc)
• Valid Nursing License/Registration
• Minimum 5-8 years of ICU experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh - 160022, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
