Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Shifts:

• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

• Days (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation:

• $26.40 – $36.30/hr (10 years experience)

• $39.60/hr (18+ years experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 – Days

• $15,000 – Nights

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-acuity care, perform rapid assessments, and exercise independent clinical judgment. You will collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality

• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care plans

• Deliver high-quality, focused care to critically ill patients

• Support a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU, ER, or CVICU experience (within last 3 years)

• PCU/IMCU experience considered with 2+ years’ experience

• Active Florida RN license or eligible multistate compact license (Compact holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)

• BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire

• BSN preferred; CCRN preferred

Additional Certifications Required:

• ACLS within 90 days of hire

• BLS within 30 days of hire

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days

• TNCC within 90 days
