Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead nursing staff during the night shift in the ICU
• Monitor critically ill patients’ vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Coordinate patient care activities with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and shift reports
• Manage resource allocation and ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies
• Provide support and guidance to junior nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding care and condition

Qualification:

BSCN, Post RN

Specialization:

4 years nursing

Work Experience: 4 years Nursing plus 1 to 2 years team lead.

Skills Required: BLS, ACLS, ATLS

Shifts: Night Shift
