ID Specialist (Interior BIM)

Job Title: BIM Interior Designer (ID)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Availability: Immediate joining preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Interior Design BIM models using Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards
• Prepare detailed Interior BIM models, shop drawings, and documentation up to LOD 500
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and project teams to ensure proper integration of Interior Design elements
• Perform clash detection and support resolution with the coordination team
• Produce Interior layouts, detailed drawings, schedules, and material documentation from Revit
• Maintain BIM project data, workflows, and model accuracy
• Assist the project team in resolving technical BIM and Interior Design modeling issues
• Ensure all Interior BIM deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience as Interior Design (ID) Specialist in BIM projects
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Interior BIM modeling
• Strong hands-on expertise in Revit for Interior BIM modeling and documentation
• Good understanding of BIM standards, detailing, and coordination
• Experience in preparing Interior detailed drawings and coordinated BIM models
• Professional communication and coordination skills
• Must be currently available in Dubai for immediate joining

Software Skills (Required):

• Autodesk Revit
