Idea Creation Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Idea Creation Executive to join our team. The Creative Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the creative vision for our projects, ensuring that our content is engaging, original, and aligned with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative development and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Must possess a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement, and must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to bring creative projects to life.
• Collaborating with writers and team members to produce engaging content.
• Researching and staying updated on SEO, content trends, and consumer behavior.
• Updating older content to meet new standards.
• Ensuring consistency across websites, social media, and videos.
• Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content deliverables.
• Proficiency in all social media platforms: Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels.
• Ideation for content curation and creation across all media platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and new technologies to inform creative decisions and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, television, media studies, communications, marketing) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Know-how of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of industry trends, audience preferences, and new technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
• A passion for storytelling and creativity.

Location: DHA Phase 2, Lahore.
