We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and professional female candidate to join our team. The ideal applicant must hold a Master’s or M.Phil degree, preferably from a reputed institution, and possess strong bilingual communication skills in English and Urdu. The candidate should have sound knowledge of educational technologies, and proficiency in Canva & Power Point ( Pro-level) is essential. The role demands creativity, organization, and the ability to coordinate and develop high-quality educational content or training modules. she can travel within Lahore, and out side Lahore to other provinces. she should be willing to stay when department needs to conduct Trainings out station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design educational resources, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva (Pro).
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of teacher trainings, workshops, and academic events.
  • Create, review, and update curriculum content aligned with academic standards.
  • Conduct effective communication (verbal and written) in both English and Urdu for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Integrate technology into content delivery, training sessions, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in academic coordination, including monitoring and reporting on curriculum implementation.
  • Support digital content creation for learning management systems, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth implementation of academic and training strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s / M.Phil degree (Education, English, or any relevant field) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a reputed educational institution or corporate training environment.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Advanced knowledge of Canva (Pro level: template editing, brand kits, animations, etc.).
  • Good command of educational technologies, online tools, and content creation platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver creative, deadline-driven outputs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiar with LMS systems.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience in curriculum design, training delivery, or academic coordination.
  • Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and instructional design principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
