Job Description – School Principal
Experience: 5–10 years

Time: 8:00AM - 3:00PM
Location: Valencia Lahore

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead the academic and administrative functions of our institution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, proven school management experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the school and ensure high academic standards.
Oversee day-to-day school operations including academics, administration, and staff management.
Guide, mentor, and evaluate teachers and coordinators to maintain quality teaching standards.
Develop and implement school policies, curriculum plans, and academic programs. Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider school community. Monitor and improve school performance metrics, including academic outcomes and extracurricular programs.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and safety standards. Assist in admissions, promotional activities, and school events.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred).
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and school operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
Required Experience 5–10 years of experience in the education sector.
Must have prior experience as a teacher and academic coordinator.
Experience as a Principal or Vice-Principal is highly preferred. Preferred Qualities Confident, proactive, and student-centered approach.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
