Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Senior or Principal Product Manager in B2B SaaS or AI/ML-powered products.
  • Outcome-driven roadmapping, data-driven decision-making (A/B testing, analytics), rapid prototyping, user research, and strong stakeholder management.
  • Solid conceptual understanding of IT solutions and AI/ML workflows; comfortable working with APIs, data models, and analytics tools.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, embraces intelligent failure, operates autonomously, and maintains a strong bias-for-action.
  • Experience in startups or hyper-growth environments.
  • Background in enterprise IT operations, ITSM/ITAM tools.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Agile certifications such as CSPO or PMP.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead rapid discovery sprints, including user interviews, competitive analysis, and AI capability testing.
  • Define opportunities using clear problem statements, hypotheses, and impact assessments before solution design.
  • Maintain a centralized research library to enable shared learning across teams.
  • Deliver in short release cycles MVPs in weeks, not monthsusing wireframes, scripts, or low-code prototypes.
  • Use AI tools, pre-trained models, and no-code platforms to validate ideas quickly and efficiently.
  • Prioritize high-signal experiments and decisively deprioritize low-potential or slow-moving initiatives.
  • Make clean pivots when hypotheses fail, avoiding sunk-cost bias.
  • Monitor qualitative and quantitative feedback loops to drive fast course correction.
  • Communicate changes, pivots, and decisions transparently to align stakeholders.
  • Structure and support cross-functional squads around weekly OKRs tied to key metrics.
  • Implement tight researchbuildmeasure cycles to validate or discard hypotheses rapidly.
  • Ensure the team is focused on high-impact problems, not just easy builds.
  • Maintain a concise 1-pager outlining ongoing tests, rationale, and how teams can leverage the findings.
  • Run Show & Tell sessions each sprint focusing on learnings over outputs.
  • Coach junior PMs on hypothesis-driven product development and lean experimentation.
