Job Description:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation

· Generate leads through market research, networking and relationship building

· Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations

· Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms in alignment with company policies

· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base

· Provide technical consultation and coordinate with engineering teams for solution design

· Stay updated on latest automation technologies and industry trends

· Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients

· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

· Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivable

· Participate in exhibitions and industry events

· Develop techno-commercial proposals and quotations

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

· Provide product training and after-sales support

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

· Travel within the region for client meetings and site visits

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field
  • Siemens Automation Certifications (preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation, electrical equipment, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and industrial networks
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and automation schematics
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols and communication standards
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Hands-on experience in technical sales with capability to handle Techno-commercial matters independently top-up with an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with industrial sectors like textiles, cement, sugar, FMCG
