Location: Lahore (100% Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and self-driven HR Manager to oversee the complete HR function across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experienced in working with US-based companies. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and payroll coordination.
Manage HR activities across multiple office locations.
Communicate effectively with US-based clients, ensuring alignment on HR requirements and expectations.
Lead and execute multiple HR projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards. • Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with company standards and legal requirements.
Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters.
Address employee concerns and foster a healthy workplace culture.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
Drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably with US-based companies.
