Identity Intelligence Analyst

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to be considered.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

We are seeking an experienced Identity Intelligence Analyst to provide SME operational support to U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) and interagency partners in alignment with the Commander’s priorities. This role requires expertise in biometric, forensic, and document/media exploitation (DOMEX) to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence across the area of responsibility (AOR).

Identity Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the synchronization of biometric, forensic, and DOMEX collections, exploitation, and analysis.
  • Draft and recommend plans, Requests for Forces, CONOPs/orders, policy documents, and interagency/partner nation MOAs/MOUs.
  • Conduct analysis of biometric data (fingerprints, facial, iris recognition) using specialized tools to verify identities.
  • Prepare detailed intelligence assessments and reports for Command, Component, Task-Force, and interagency decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, security agencies, and international partners to cross-reference biometric matches and enhance operations.
  • Monitor system integrity, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Operate independently while engaging in frequent collaboration to address mission-critical intelligence needs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Identity Intelligence Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum of 3 years military or equivalent interagency experience as an Identity Operations Analyst or related specialty focused on source operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex or conflicting information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with biometric systems, forensic tools, and intelligence databases.
  • Excellent communication skills for producing reports, briefings, and interagency coordination.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with U.S. government, interagency, and partner nation stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of USSOUTHCOM missions and priorities preferred.
  • Experience supporting deployed or task-force operations in joint/interagency environments preferred.
  • Travel: 30-40% to SOUTHCOM AOR
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
