Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Identity, Workplace & Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and execute identity and workplace technology projects. The role involves hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint policies, and user lifecycle activities across project phases including migration, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Microsoft 365 services, identity governance, endpoint management, and user onboarding/offboarding within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management

• Implement and maintain identity and access configurations, including users, groups, roles, and access policies.
• Support identity-related changes such as tenant updates, domain transitions, and access policy enforcement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of identity and access configurations.

Microsoft 365 & Workplace Technologies

• Execute Microsoft 365 project activities including tenant configuration, migrations, and service enablement.
• Support collaboration platforms such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive during project execution.
• Apply workplace and endpoint security policies aligned with organizational standards.

User Lifecycle & Project Support

• Support user onboarding and offboarding activities during project transitions.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide Level 2/3 support during migration and stabilization phases.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project deliverables including:
  • User migration and cutover reports
  • UAT results and stabilization documentation
  • Microsoft 365 implementation outputs
  • Identity and access configuration records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, access policies).
• Exposure to user migrations, tenant changes, and cutover activities.
• Strong understanding of endpoint and user governance concepts.
• Experience producing technical documentation and project reports.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Azure AD / Entra ID (users, groups, roles, access policies)
• Endpoint management and security policy implementation
• User lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding)
