I&E Designer - Level II - Beaumont, TX
Burrow Global has an immediate need for a Level II I&E Designer for our Beaumont engineering office.
This position will be responsible for supporting midstream EPC projects in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical industries.
Daily duties include:
- Updating P&ID redlines using CadWorx
- Creating Instrument Location Plans
- Creating and updating Electrical Area classification drawings
- Creating and update facility Key plans
- Generating Instrument datasheets
- Creating cable conduit schedules
- Designing cable tray and conduit system and routing
- Maintaining As Built documents and project sign-off.
- Creating and maintaining instrument Index.
- Verify Loop drawings.
- Perform Walkdowns at client facilities.
- Experience importing laser scan data using .RCP or .LGS
Associates degree in drafting or a related field with a maximum of 5-7 years of experience in instrumentation and electrical drafting and design.
EPC Project experience is highly desired.
Experience with Autocad and CadWorx is required.
Active TWIC Card is preferred.
