Job Description

• Design and develop IELTS training programs and materials to help students improve their language proficiency and prepare for the IELTS test.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that address the specific needs and goals of each student.
• Evaluate students' language skills and identify areas for improvement, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and guidance, adapting teaching methods and materials as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in language teaching and testing, and incorporate new approaches and techniques into training programs.
• Provide students with information and guidance on the IELTS test, including test format, content, and scoring criteria.
• Manage student records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training sessions, student progress, and test results.
• Participate in the organization's marketing and promotional activities, promoting the IELTS training program to potential students

Skills / Experience:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Professional certification in English language teaching, such as CELTA or TESOL.

Experience in teaching English language and IELTS test preparation, preferably in a Visa consultancy or related organization.

Excellent knowledge of the IELTS test format, content, and scoring criteria.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Experience in managing student records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certification compulsory is:

IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 7 to 8.5 band
