IELTS/PTE Tutor On-site

Pathways Global Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS/PTE Tutor to deliver high-quality training to students preparing for international language proficiency exams. The tutor will be responsible for conducting on-site classes, mentoring students, tracking performance, and ensuring successful exam outcomes in alignment with Pathways Global Education’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Training

• Conduct in-person IELTS and PTE classes, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Deliver structured lessons using effective teaching methodologies aligned with exam standards.
• Provide individualized support to students based on their performance and learning needs.
• Conduct speaking mock tests and provide detailed feedback for improvement.
• Share tips, strategies, and exam techniques to help students achieve target scores.

Student Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Assess student performance through regular mock tests and assignments.
• Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and performance data.
• Identify weak areas and design targeted improvement plans.

Classroom Management

• Ensure a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and decorum during all sessions.
• Use audiovisual tools, practice materials, and updated exam resources.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with branch management regarding class schedules, student concerns, and academic updates.
• Report weekly progress and mock test results to the head office.
• Assist in academic counseling when needed to guide students about exam preparation.

Content & Material Development

• Develop or update lesson plans, practice worksheets, and mock test papers.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the training program’s effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred in English, Linguistics, or Education).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS/PTE in an institute or academy.
• Strong command of English language and understanding of exam formats.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and student-handling skills.
• Ability to work on-site and follow institutional policies.
• Certification in IELTS/PTE (optional but preferred).
