SharpBrains is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our expanding team as an IELTS Instructor . This pivotal role is ideal for passionate English language experts committed to empowering students to achieve international education and career success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Impact Training: Conduct engaging, accurate IELTS preparation sessions, strictly adhering to official test formats and global standards.
• Performance Coaching: Develop tailored lesson plans, administer practice tests, track student progress diligently, and provide specific, actionable coaching strategies to maximise test scores .
• Maintain Expertise: Continuously stay abreast of all updates and changes in IELTS test formats, marking criteria, and effective pedagogical best practices.
• Cultivate an Inspiring Environment: Create a positive, interactive, and goal-oriented learning atmosphere that mentors and motivates students toward their language goals.
• Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and guidance to help students reach critical language proficiencies required for international success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's Degree required in any discipline).
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language (both spoken and written).
• Core Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Test Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the IELTS exam format and scoring is a significant asset. Prior teaching or training experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
