Job Description Summary

Program coordination and management for Facilities Business Operations on a mid-sized client account. Focus areas to include: Compliance, Governance, Communication.

Job Description

  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Account Contract/MSA & Compliance SME

  • Coordinate Change Control procedure to monitor and update contractual agreements based on changes of facility, headcount, budget, and contract scope

  • Service and Service Level change governance

  • Contract Tracking, Monitoring and Education

  • Overall direction, coordination, implementation execution control and completion of specific projects/work requests

  • Company Compliance Adherence

  • Collect, analyze, audit, and summarize data to identify deficiencies and non-compliance with MSA, laws, and company policies; create & execute on action plans, as necessary

  • Account Communications

    Responsible for all aspects of on-account communication including but not limited to; the oversight and execution of the overall internal and external communications programs, account team communications, client facing communications, and business review content preparation

    Partner with all on-account stakeholders to create effective presentations, business deliverables and communication programming, including Quarterly & Annual Business Reviews, Town Halls, Organizational Charts, and Monthly Newsletters

  • Account People Operations Programs

    Coordination of Onboarding & Offboarding

    Assist with development and tracking of Account Trainings

    Owner of Account Wide Deliverable Upkeep including but not limited to: Schedule & Directory, Property Tracker

    Drive Rewards & Recognition Programs

    • Drive collaborative behavior between provider partners
    • Central coordination for facility partners to resolve issues and build solutions together
    • Establish proper accountability controls
    • Ensure strategic direction of account programs are in alignment with business strategy
    • Develops tools and best practices for execution and project management on projects (s)
    • Experience with: Excel, Smartsheet’s, Power BI, AI tools
    • Will also utilize CMMS & Financial Tracking tools

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
