Job Purpose

To prepare students for excellence in CBSE academics and early IIT-JEE/NEET programs through conceptual, application-based Physics teaching that builds analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Mathematics lessons for Classes VIII–XII focusing on both CBSE syllabus and IIT/NEET concepts.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assignments aligned with competitive exam standards.
• Conduct regular tests, analyze student performance, and provide individual mentoring.
• Integrate inquiry-based and experiential teaching methodologies.
• Coordinate with subject heads and academic coordinators for curriculum planning.
• Participate in training programs, academic reviews, and inter-school competitions.
• Maintain discipline, student motivation, and academic integrity in the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Mathematics or related discipline with B.Ed. (preferred).
• Experience: 3–7 years of teaching Physics for CBSE / IIT-JEE / NEET and Foundation programs.
• Strong problem-solving ability and conceptual clarity.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
