IIT Math Teacher

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Foundation Math Teacher to build strong mathematical fundamentals in students. The ideal candidate should be skilled in simplifying concepts, engaging young learners, and creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities Teach foundation-level mathematics concepts clearly and effectively

Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives

Use interactive teaching methods, activities, and real-life examples

Assess students’ understanding through tests, worksheets, and assignments

Identify learning gaps and provide additional support where needed

Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation

Track student progress and share feedback with parents and management

Prepare students for higher-level math concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field

Prior experience teaching foundation or primary-level mathematics preferred

Strong subject knowledge and concept clarity

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Patience, creativity, and a student-friendly approach

Preferred Qualifications B.Ed or teaching certification

Experience in school, coaching institute, or foundation programs

Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
