Job Title: Minimalist Illustrator / Graphic Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Illustrator / Graphic Designer with a clean, modern aesthetic and strong digital design sensibilities. You should be comfortable producing high-quality illustrations, selecting and adapting illustration libraries, and creating polished visual assets for performance-driven ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels.
This role requires a mix of creativity, speed, and technical execution. You’ll collaborate with our product, marketing, and creative teams to deliver compelling visuals that elevate our brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Illustration & Visual Design
- Create clean, modern, brand-aligned illustrations for digital products, websites, and marketing assets.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend illustration libraries and styles that fit our brand voice and campaign needs.
- Adapt and customize illustration libraries to ensure consistency across use cases.
- Develop reusable visual components, icons, characters, and motifs.
- Marketing & Ad Creative
- Design high-performing creative assets for Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other paid media channels.
- Produce variations optimized for A/B testing (layouts, styles, messaging placements, etc.).
- Ensure creatives meet platform specifications and performance best practices.
- Work closely with marketing leads to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visuals.
Brand & Creative Support
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all materials.
- Collaborate on landing pages, email templates, and social media graphics as needed.
- Support quick-turn creative requests while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Follow existing brand guidelines and help refine them over time.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in illustration, graphic design, or digital design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design and illustration skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to source, assess, and customize illustration libraries (e.g., vector sets, icon packs, character systems).
- Experience creating ad creatives for Google, Meta, or other paid social platforms.
- Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and turn around deliverables quickly.
- Strong research skills and ability to match styles to campaign objectives.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with animation (Lottie, After Effects).
- Basic UI/UX design experience.
- Experience with kid/family-friendly brands or playful illustration styles.
- Knowledge of design trends in D2C, SaaS, marketplaces, or consumer apps.

Pay: Rs700.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
