Scope and Purpose

Job Summary:

 To liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office (Operations/Accounting/Compliance).

 To be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are for establishing the relationship and processing the customer’s transactions.


Responsibility:

 To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.

 To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests

 To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM

 Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.

 Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.

 Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.

 Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.

 Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.

 Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.

 Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material


Required Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience


Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics/Marketing/Business/Law or related field

• Understanding of documentation and operating processes

• Good command of English and strong computer literacy

• Good team player with strong communication and analytical skills

• Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices

• Ability to understand market trends & macro developments
