Immediate Full time Assistant Maintenance Mechanic

Duties include:

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of plant equipment and buildings.
• Help set up, modify, or install equipment as directed.
• Follow maintenance program and direction of Master Mechanic.
• Periodically drive rolling stock and operate machines to troubleshoot potential problems or wear.
• Order maintenance supplies and communicate with contractors
• Operate Knife Sharpener

Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of single phase and three phase electrical wiring helpful
• Practical knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• PLC experience preferred
• Welding and fabricating
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid/Clean driving record
