Job resposibilities
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as required.
- Support cooking processes such as grilling, frying, baking, and plating.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials and prepared items.
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries of food supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Head Chef.
