Immediate Hiring - Cost controller (F&B INDUSTRY)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring profitability across multi-brand operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate food cost percentages for delivery menus.
• Prepare daily,weekly, and monthly cost reports for management.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and theoretical costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variences.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate supplier contracts and pricing.
• Verify supplier invoices aganist purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor and financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 -5years’ experience in cost control within the F&B industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/POS systems (Micros, Oracle, SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
• Availability in Kuwait.
