Immediate Hiring for Quality Analyst - (Food Industry )

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Analyst with a strong foundation in Food Science to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing environments, with a deep understanding of food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor and document compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
• Perform microbiological, chemical, and sensory testing as per product specifications.
• Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to uphold quality benchmarks.
• Support internal and external audits, including supplier quality assessments.
• Ensure traceability and assist in product recall readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within the FMCG, QSR, or food processing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, and quality systems.
• Proficient in lab testing procedures and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000.
• Experience with shelf-life studies, packaging integrity, and sensory panels.
• Exposure to cold chain logistics or perishable food categories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
