MUGSHEI Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company specializing in custom packaging solutions for international clients, particularly in the US market. We are expanding our sales team and are currently looking for experienced Packaging Sales Experts who understand the packaging industry and can effectively close deals with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the custom packaging industry
• Communicate with US-based clients via chat, email, and phone calls
• Understand client requirements and offer custom packaging solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing structures
• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the packaging industry
• Proven track record in B2B packaging sales
• Experience dealing with international or US-based clients
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Experience in sales through chats, emails, and phone calls
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Basic Salary up to PKR 130,000 (based on experience)
