IBSTEC is hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative (UK Market) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with UK sales experience who are passionate about B2B client acquisition and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads within the UK healthcare sector
- Connect with care homes, nursing homes, and hospitals
- Present recruitment solutions and support the sales process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements
- Schedule meetings and opportunities for the business development team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UK campaign sales, lead generation, or healthcare recruitment sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (fluent English required)
- Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with UK care homes, nursing homes, or staffing agencies
- Understanding of UK healthcare recruitment processes
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 + Attractive Commission
