Immediate opening for Odoo ERP Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Consultant/Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure Odoo modules, develop custom features, and ensure successful ERP deployment and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Odoo ERP solutions
• Implement and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Develop custom Odoo modules and features using Python and Odoo framework
• Configure workflows, reports, dashboards, and security access controls
• Perform data migration and integration with third-party systems via APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Project Managers, and Business Analysts
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity
• Participate in version upgrades and system enhancements

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Strong experience with Odoo (Community/Enterprise)
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Good understanding of Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and module development
• Experience with Odoo reports (QWeb, PDF, Excel)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Linux environment and Git version control

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes
• Experience in at least one domain: Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good time management and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant Odoo certification (Functional or Technical) is a plus

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP
• At least 2 full Odoo ERP implementations end-to-end

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
