Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ballet/Pre-Pointe/Pointe, preschool, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, tap, acro, competition choreography instructor to teach recreational, competitive, and pre-professional level ballet classes. The ideal candidate is confident in dance technique, has strong classroom management skills, and thrives in a nurturing, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct dance classes for students ages 18 months-Adult
• Plan age-appropriate class content focused on technique and creativity
• Foster a supportive and disciplined classroom environment
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and showcases
• Communicate professionally with parents and studio staff
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Prior teaching experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Comfortable teaching a variety of age groups and skill levels
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Evening and/or weekend availability required
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Background check required
