Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health; conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in consultation with physicians, families, and the care team.
- Administer medications (oral, injections, etc.), treatments, and therapies per physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor vital signs, wound care, nutrition, hydration, mobility, hygiene, elimination, and respond to changes in condition.
- Provide direct nursing care: dressing changes, catheter care, IVs (if permitted), oxygen therapy, etc.
- Supervisory role over caregiving staff (e.g., Certified Nursing Assistants / Health Aides): assign tasks, oversee care delivery, provide coaching and training.
- Document resident care, treatments, changes in condition, medication administration, incidents and follow-up as per facility and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with residents and their families regarding health status, treatment plans, and care preferences.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and standards of care.
- Ensure that emergency procedures are followed, and respond to emergencies as required.
- Participate in quality improvement / assurance programs, internal audits, regulatory inspections.
- Maintain inventory of nursing supplies and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Comply with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bsc Nursing or DGNM
- Karnataka Registration must
- Fresher - 5 yrs Experience
-Preferrable Language Hindi & Kanada (Mandatory)
