Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients for Canada Skilled Immigration through Express Entry, PNPs, ECA, and related procedures.
  • Conduct consultations and guide clients with accurate information on eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing leads effectively.
  • Manage client relationships, maintain strong follow-ups, and ensure quality customer service.
  • Prepare points calculations, documentation lists, and pathway explanations for clients.
  • Provide guidance on ECA requirements, IELTS expectations, and CRS score improvement strategies.
  • Maintain detailed client records through CRM tools and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, International Relations, or relevant field).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Canada Skilled Immigration sales.
  • Restriction: The candidate must not own or operate any business in immigration or any other industry.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNPs, ECA, and CRS/IELTS scoring systems.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads effectively.
  • Professional client-handling skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.
