Immigration Attorney – Confidential Opportunity (Atlanta, GA)

Location: In-Office | Atlanta, GA
Position Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Kennedy Immigration Firm, LLC is currently accepting confidential applications for an immigration attorney position focused on litigation and removal defense. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys already practicing in the Atlanta immigration community who may be seeking a new environment with strong support, reasonable hours, and a team-oriented culture.

We are a well-established immigration firm with a structured workflow, experienced support staff, and a strong reputation for client-centered representation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 1–5 years of experience practicing immigration law, particularly removal defense
• Is comfortable handling EOIR hearings, bond proceedings, and asylum cases
• Maintains strong attention to detail and professional communication
• Prefers a consistent work schedule and organized internal systems
• Values collaboration, accountability, and a calm, respectful work environment
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required (interpreters available)
