We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for immigration law and a deep commitment to client service. This role requires expertise in a wide range of immigration matters, including Removal Defense, Family Immigration, Business Immigration, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in Immigration Court and State Court. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
-
Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including Removal Defense, Family Immigration, Business Immigration, Visa, Inadmissibility, Change of Status, Adjustment of Status, Humanitarian, Investment-based, Employment-based, and Family-based Immigration.

Represent clients in Immigration Court and State Court, as well as at Administrative Hearings.

Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documentation.

Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Provide compassionate client counseling and maintain regular communication with clients.

Negotiate with opposing parties and represent clients in litigation.

Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Illinois Bar.
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney.

Extensive experience in Removal Defense, Family Immigration, Business Immigration, and representation in Immigration Court.

Proven experience in legal research, legal writing, case management, client counseling, legal documentation, legal advice, negotiation, and litigation.

Familiarity with Asylum Attorney duties, Visa processes, Inadmissibility issues, Change of Status procedures, Adjustment of Status protocols, and Humanitarian, Investment-based, Employment-based, and Family-based Immigration.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.
