As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about immigrant advocacy and ready to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

You will manage a dynamic and impactful caseload, including:

• Representing clients at Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before Immigration Courts (NYC and other jurisdictions)
• Attending USCIS interviews, including Adjustment of Status, Stokes interviews, I-751 petitions, and Naturalization (New York and New Jersey)
• Preparing and filing motions, evidentiary submissions, joint motions, appeals, and legal briefs as well as affirmative applications before USCIS
• Litigating SIJS matters before New York Family Courts

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of immigration law experience (willing to train the right person)
• Admission to theNew York State Bar
• Spanish fluency preferred
• Strong legal writing, litigation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to immigrant advocacy, professionalism, and client-centered representation
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within a team
