Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Immigration Consultant to join our growing team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who is passionate about helping clients with immigration and visa processes and can handle cases with accuracy, professionalism, and honesty.

The ideal candidate must have strong counseling skills, updated immigration knowledge, and the ability to guide clients from initial consultation to final submission.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional immigration counseling to clients for countries such as Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, and other destinations
• Assess client profiles and suggest best possible visa pathways
• Handle study, work, visit, and immigration visa cases
• Prepare and review visa documentation, forms, and supporting evidence
• Ensure applications comply with immigration laws and embassy requirements
• Maintain proper client records and case files
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, requirements, and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams, embassies, and relevant authorities when required
• Stay updated with latest immigration rules, policies, and changes
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and ethical standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or Visa Counselor
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and procedures
• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Ability to work in-office (Islamabad)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Client-focused, professional, and result-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
