Immigration Attorney (3 Positions Available)

About Us:
We are a dynamic and client-focused immigration law firm committed to delivering high-quality legal services to individuals, families, and businesses navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law. We are expanding our team and seeking three experienced Immigration Attorneys to join us in hybrid roles. Each position offers a unique opportunity to specialize and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position 1: Immigration Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in removal proceedings and other immigration-related litigation.
  • Prepare and file motions, briefs, and appeals before immigration courts and federal courts.
  • Attend hearings and advocate for clients before EOIR and USCIS.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience practicing immigration litigation in the U.S.
  • Strong courtroom advocacy and legal writing skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Position 2: General Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of immigration matters including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, naturalization, and waivers.
  • Prepare and submit applications to USCIS and other relevant agencies.
  • Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
  • Stay current with immigration laws and policy changes.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general immigration law.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Position 3: Immigration Consultation Attorney

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to assess immigration options.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and recommend appropriate pathways.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys to transition clients into full representation.
  • Maintain detailed records and follow-up communications.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law with broad knowledge across practice areas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
