A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Immigration Attorney to join an established and fast-growing fully remote US Immigration enterprise, through a UK-based Immigration company expansion.

This person will benefit from pre-booked and pre-qualified consultations and build strong client relationships offering expert advice and representation in personal and business US immigration matters.

You will be extremely competent in an array of visas and applications, such as Green Cards, Family Immigration, Naturalization, Waivers, Asylum applications, Humanitarian-based cases, work permits, and permanent residency applications.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Main point of contact for clients via pre-arranged video consultations
• Dealing with and representing clients in US visa applications and appeals
• Managing a sufficient and varied caseload
• Evening and weekend consultations available

Essential Requirements

Minimum two years’ experience dealing with US Immigration law

JD Degree

Active Bar license

Ability to handle a significant and varied Immigration caseload

Strong interpersonal client relationship skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Evening availability
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Immigration law: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Bar license (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
