Immigration Case Specialist - US

Location: DHA phase 8, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (05PM- 02AM)

We are seeking a highly motivated Immigration Case Specialist with prior experience working with a US immigration law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client consultations, managing immigration case processes, and converting inbound leads into retained clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and conduct initial consultations.
• Clearly explain immigration processes, available legal services, and case requirements.
• Convert qualified leads into retained clients by effectively presenting the firm’s services.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients to increase conversion rates.
• Retainer preparation for the clients according to SKUs who will convert.
• Provide professional support to clients throughout the immigration process.
• Track client interactions and maintain detailed notes for internal reference.
• Ensure all case-related documentation is organized and properly maintained.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working with a US immigration law firm in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of US immigration processes and documentation requirements.
• Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Sales experience with the ability to convert inbound leads into clients.
• Experience using CRM systems (Lawmatics) to manage leads and client records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling follow ups, client intake or consultation in immigration services.
• Ability to manage multiple cases on schedule simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
