Immigration Consultant

We are a professional immigration consultancy firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their overseas dreams, whether for study, work, or permanent settlement. To expand our sales team, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives with strong communication and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services.
• Convert leads into sales by building trust and offering professional guidance.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele-sales / immigration sales / call center sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
• Strong ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
