Immigration Consultant

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Immigration Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key part in converting leads into successful applicants. You will coordinate with the counseling and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Educate potential clients about various immigration and study abroad programs.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Schedule consultations for the senior immigration consultants.
• Maintain CRM records and update client status.
• Coordinate between sales, counseling, and documentation departments.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve initial client queries.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales immigration sector preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
