• Prepare, review, and verify all necessary documents for visa applications.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and guidelines.
• Assist clients in completing applications, forms, and paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain client records and follow up regularly on application status.
• Communicate with embassies, immigration authorities, and government agencies when required.
• Handle client queries through calls, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive client experience.
