Key Responsibilities
- Client Assessment & Advice: Evaluate client profiles for different programs (study, work, family, PR), explaining options and requirements.
- Document Management: Assist in gathering, preparing, reviewing, and submitting all necessary forms and supporting documents.
- Application Filing: Submit applications to relevant government bodies and track progress.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on changing immigration laws and policies, ensuring all actions comply with regulations.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates, prepare clients for interviews, and address concerns.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate client records, manage case files, and use software for efficiency.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to explain complex matters clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in document preparation and review.
- Problem-Solving: Finding solutions to complex immigration challenges.
- Customer Service: Providing high-quality support.
- Education/Certification: Often requires specific training or certification, depending on the country (e.g., RCIC in Canada).
