Immigration Consultant

Ezvisa & Immigration Pvt Ltd, one of India’s top-rated immigration consultancies with offices in Kochi, Calicut, Kottayam, and the UAE, is hiring Immigration Consultants for our Kochi branch.

This is a sales-oriented role involving client interaction, lead follow-ups, and converting enquiries into successful sign-ups for Canada PR, Australia PR, UK, Germany & Europe migration programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and conduct professional consultation calls
• Explain PR, Skilled Migration, Skilled Worker, Opportunity Card, tourist, visit, and dependent visa options (training provided)
• Convert prospects into clients through effective communication and follow-ups
• Attend in-office client meetings and provide basic eligibility guidance
• Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Update client details and activities in CRM
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience

Requirements – Freshers

• Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Confident, presentable, and interested in a sales career
• Strong follow-up skills with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Requirements – Experienced Candidates

• 1–3 years of experience in immigration sales / visa sales / international education sales (preferred)
• Strong lead conversion and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, and Germany migration programs (added advantage)
• Proven ability to work under targets
