Job Responsibilities:
. Identify and engage potential clients interested in immigration services for Australia and Canada.
. Provide accurate and updated information regarding PR (Permanent Residency) and Tourist Visa processes for Australia and Canada.
. Guide clients through the visa application process, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
. Maintain strong communication with potential leads and convert them into successful clients.
. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
. Stay updated on the latest immigration rules, policies, and requirements.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Minimum 1 year of experience in the immigration sector.
. A graduate degree is mandatory.
. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
. Knowledge of PR (Permanent Residency) and Tourist Visa processes for Australia and Canada.
. Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.
. Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred Skills:
. Experience in B2C sales, especially in the immigration industry.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
