Immigration Consultant

Job Overview
HOF Migration is seeking an Immigration Consultant to offer expert guidance to clients on immigration and visa services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong client advisory approach, and the ability to support the company’s growth by building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
• Conduct consultations to explain various immigration options and assess client eligibility
• Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales funnel
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration programs and application procedures
• Keep the CRM system updated with all interactions and activities
• Collaborate with the processing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives as required
• Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, client advisory, or sales consulting (immigration industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and client advisory skills
• Target-driven with proven ability to convert leads into clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
• Positive attitude, integrity, and a professional approach
